Returns

If you need to return a product, please contact the distributor with whom you placed the order. We will obtain some general information from them and provide a return authorization number for you to notate on the return package. A shipping representative will pick up the item at your location.

Because customer satisfaction is our number one goal, we request an explanation of why you are returning the product so that we may better serve you in the future. We compile this information to improve our future product development.

If the item is being returned due to a manufacturing flaw, we will either replace the returned item or provide you with a full refund. In some instances, you may be required to pay a partial freight cost.

Warranty Information

If your product is defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, Learning Products will repair, replace or provide credit within the allowed warranty period. While health and safety is the main focus of Learning Products, proper adult supervision, as required by licensing agencies, must be provided during their usage.

Children should ALWAYS wear a helmet when riding a bike, and immediately remove the helmet before engaging in playground activities.

Replacement Parts

If you need a part replaced on any product, please contact the distributor with whom you placed the original order. We can provide replacement parts for any items that are in stock. Customer is responsible for freight charges.
