If you need to return a product, please contact the distributor
with whom you placed the order. We will obtain some general
information from them and provide a return authorization number
for you to notate on the return package. A shipping representative
will pick up the item at your location.
Because customer satisfaction is our number one goal, we
request an explanation of why you are returning the product
so that we may better serve you in the future. We compile
this information to improve our future product development.
If the item is being returned due to a manufacturing flaw,
we will either replace the returned item or provide you with
a full refund. In some instances, you may be required to pay
a partial freight cost.
If your product is defective due to a manufacturer’s
defect, Learning Products will repair, replace or provide
credit within the allowed warranty period. Warranty credits
may be prorated to allow for normal wear and tear. For specific

proper adult supervision, as required by licensing agencies,
must be provided during their usage.
Children should ALWAYS wear a helmet when riding a bike,
and immediately remove the helmet before engaging in playground
activities.
