Does Knowledge Tree guarantee its products?
The Knowledge Tree guarantees you 100 percent satisfaction on all products that we sell. Any product that does not meet your approval may be exchanged or returned for credit within 45 days—as long as the product is unused and in original condition and original packaging. All returns must have a Knowledge Tree Return Authorization Number. To receive your number, call 1-800-331-0994. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed, packed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. Please advise us of any times throughout the year that your location cannot accept delivery.

What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?
Merchandise not meeting your complete satisfaction may be returned unused, in original condition, within 45 days for a full credit. Customer is responsible for returning all merchandise to the Knowledge Tree at customer’s expense. Credit will only be issued on merchandise that is resalable, unused, unmarked and in original packaging. All returns must have a Knowledge Tree Return Authorization Number. What should I do if I receive damaged merchandise?
Before signing for your order, check to see that you are receiving the same number of cartons as listed on your delivery receipt and inspect the cartons for damage. Note any shortages or visible damage on your receipt. Have the driver note these also. Contact concerning shortages or damages must be made within 10 days to a customer service representative at 1-800-331-0994.

How is shipping and handling calculated?
Surprises with freight charges are a thing of the past. We provide you with firm freight within the 48 contiguous states.* Just add 17.5% of the value of your merchandise total for shipping and handling expenses and we will arrange delivery by either UPS or by common carrier. We require a $4.50 minimum-shipping fee. For inside delivery add $45 per $499.99 of product ordered.*For orders to other destinations, please call for a freight quote. Note: Overseas shipping charges must be calculated manually. My organization is exempt from state sales taxes. How do I ensure that I am not charged sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on merchandise, shipping and handling, and delivery charges in the following states: CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, and WI unless a tax exempt certificate is on file with us. Who is eligible for credit at the Knowledge Tree?
Open accounts may be established for public schools, boards of education, and municipalities placing orders with an authorized purchase order number. Business, private schools and childcares in good credit standing may also open an account. New customers should call    to establish an account prior to ordering on-line.

What are the Knowledge Tree’s credit terms and conditions?
Terms for all open accounts are net 30 days from the date of the invoice. 1.5% monthly (18% annual) interest will be added to past due, unpaid account balances.
