Returns
If
you need to return a Learning Products or T.L. Clark product, please
contact Knowledge Tree. We will obtain
some general information from them and provide a return authorization
number for you to notate on the return package. A shipping representative
will pick up the item at your location.
Because customer
satisfaction is our number one goal, we request an explanation of
why you are returning the product so that we may better serve you
in the future. We compile this information to improve our future
product development.
If the item
is being returned due to a manufacturing flaw, we will either replace
the returned item or provide you with a full refund. In some instances,
you may be required to pay a partial freight cost.
